In a White House meeting with leaders of congressional delegations, President Donald Trump has laid out a plan to allow millions of immigrants living in the United States illegally to be deported.

Trump’s proposal was first reported by The Hill, but details are scarce.

The plan would be to remove tens of millions of people living in America illegally from the country without a path to legal status and then allow those individuals to apply for a green card.

Trump has previously said the policy would allow him to make America great again.

Trump will announce the policy on Wednesday at a White Senate event in which he is expected to lay out a broad plan to rebuild America’s infrastructure and combat the opioid crisis.
