A two-bedroom apartment at the new Tokyo apartment complex in Tokyo’s Ginza district has an estimated price tag of $2,721,000, according on a listing by ApartmentBuilder.com.
The listing does not include the cost of a new roof or plumbing, and the listing did not give the location of the building.
The building was built in the early 1990s and is located on the western edge of the city.
A new rooftop garden was completed in 2016 and has a capacity of about 3,000 square meters.
The construction cost was estimated at about ¥7.6 billion ($1.85 billion).
